How a Trip Runs

Every SpeedNova trip passes through the same six systems, each one designed and run by us.

The Platform

The systems behind SpeedNova Mobility, and the foundation for every business SpeedNova Ltd builds after it.

Document, facial and liveness verification for drivers, plus NIN and selfie verification for riders. Documents are stored privately.

Each request goes to the nearest online, verified drivers, searching wider only when it needs to. A trip is assigned only when a driver accepts.

A published fare framework (base, distance, time) whose distance rate is recalibrated when petrol prices move.

Real-time driver location shared with the rider during the trip, and one-tap SOS that calls 112 and logs a safety report.

Cash and bank transfer at launch, and a full digital wallet on our roadmap. Every driver payout is shown at 85% next to the gross fare.

Live views of active trips, online drivers, verification queues and payments for our operations team.

In development: AI assistance for demand forecasting, fraud detection and support triage.
