Requirements
Verified Before You Drive
Driver onboarding includes every one of these checks. It is how riders can trust the car that arrives, and how you can trust who else is on the platform.
Government-Issued ID
A valid government-issued identification document.
Driver's Licence Verification
A current driver's licence, checked against the details you submit.
Vehicle Documentation
Proof of ownership or authorisation and vehicle registration.
Insurance & Roadworthiness
Valid insurance and a roadworthiness certificate for the vehicle.
Facial Verification
Your face is matched against your ID, so the person driving is the person approved.
Liveness Verification
A live check that confirms a real person is present, not a photo.
Eligible Vehicle
A clean, well-maintained vehicle that meets our standards.
